Heads Up has multilayer, too (all of the current themes for it, for instance), but yeah, part of my intention was to make it really easy to match a banner header to content width - Heads Up specifies content width rather than margin width, so you can make your content fixed-width easily.

Mostly because people on dreamwidthlayouts were whining about not having something like Expressive *g*
