THEY TOOK SO LONG PROCESSING MY PROOF-OF-INCOME FORMS THAT THE SIGNATURES ARE NOW OUT OF DATE AND THE FORMS HAVE TO BE RESUBMITTED.

This is just astonishing new levels of incompetence, and yet they reach them effortlessly. Oh my god.
