THEY TOOK SO LONG PROCESSING MY PROOF-OF-INCOME FORMS THAT THE SIGNATURES ARE NOW OUT OF DATE AND THE FORMS HAVE TO BE RESUBMITTED.

This is just astonishing new levels of incompetence, and yet they reach them effortlessly. Oh my god.

I have no idea. Except that I (and other loan-holders in Ohio) are a captive audience, so it may just be not giving a fuck. Oh, unregulated industries; you suck so bad.

A payment isn't due until May in any case, but yes. This is just fucking ridiculous. And the website is broken, on top of that, and they have no clue how, so I have to fax in this and also my quick-pay form. Just... argh.
