10 Francesca Coppa (50% absentee)
8 Naomi Novik (40% absentee)

4 Julia Beck (20% absentee)
4 Jenny Scott-Thompson (20% absentee)

Your votes at work, ladies and gentlemen. Or, in some cases, not.

Date: 2012-07-06 06:46 am (UTC)Well, that and this. No shit, that entry hit my droll, I was like.... hoooooooly shiiiiiiit. I refrained from saying that in a comment to the entry, but I thought about it.
The organisation seems to be so fundamentally broken. It's not even just bad people (although there's definitely bad leadership at work) but just... a profoundly badly put together organisational structure.

Date: 2012-07-06 07:15 pm (UTC)I want to like AO3, I really do... I like it in theory, I mostly like it in practice, I very much enjoy having it there, and they do good rescue work. But man, they're screwed up on the organization side. Don't vote on a name, vote on actual deeds!
