*panting* Iomega. Never, ever buy a drive from them. Ever. The first one died in a month and the replacement? Was dead on arrival. And they won't refund because we bought it from Amazon, and Amazon won't refund after 30 days.

So I have to get the drive replaced again, and let me tell you if this one is live I'm going to SELL the fucking thing!

Ouch. That sucks. Apparently Seagate is good. I bought a 750GB external and it was just plug and play, straight out of the box :D

Yeah it kind of does. *wry* I think the next one we get will be OWC. I've heard good things about them, and we need a drive with a fan, so it can survive 24/7 running. I want to put my music on it, and we're up to 60 gigs. ^_^;
