Hiruma is really just too fun for words. The manga and anime are both still coming out. The manga is significantly better; the anime hits Filler Hell at about ep 40 and has barely recovered at 100. But Hiruma's voice actor is hugely tasty and worth it to watch.

I never actually watched Gundam Wing, but I love you forever for this story. I could see Hiruma changing worldwide rules just to keep football going.
