*waves a hand* Hey, I have a question about the site scheme design for Support to answer:

What would you like the Support Requests board to look like?

Should I leave the yellow, green and red as it is, or has anyone been wanting a different color code?

I can't recall anyone saying that they wanted it too look different - other than me saying that some of the site schemes are completely incompatible. D:

I think it's pretty much the same issues as the rest of the site in what people would like, just because of those tables we're restricted further with our options because we really really want to be able to be able to read links - and uh not go blind. @.@;

The yellow, green and red are so we know what needs to be answered, what has been answered ... That's a standard that goes across all LiveJournal clones I think...

If you vary too much from that, especially in the default it might cause confusion. D:

If it had div tags, it would mean people could set up their own personal colour system and be able to get things working to their own needs, but as it is I think you'd just need to make sure that the system has some sort of option that means that the links there are a different colour if necessary to the rest of the site.

I can go post to [insanejournal.com profile] support to direct volunteers here if you want?

Yay.

I posted here:

Didn't direct them to this post because was unsure how comfortable you would feel with specifically directing them to this journal, but I'll forward on any responses.
