*waves a hand* Hey, I have a question about the site scheme design for Support to answer:
What would you like the Support Requests board to look like?
Should I leave the yellow, green and red as it is, or has anyone been wanting a different color code?

The yellow, green and red are so we know what needs to be answered, what has been answered ... That's a standard that goes across all LiveJournal clones I think...
If you vary too much from that, especially in the default it might cause confusion. D:
If it had div tags, it would mean people could set up their own personal colour system and be able to get things working to their own needs, but as it is I think you'd just need to make sure that the system has some sort of option that means that the links there are a different colour if necessary to the rest of the site.

*thoughtful* You know, the backgrounds are done with classes in any case, and while I can't take everything out of tables yet, the new scheme will enclose them in a bunch of divs. Everything should be changeable with browser styles at that point. I'll have to make some posts about that, when this goes live.

Didn't direct them to this post because was unsure how comfortable you would feel with specifically directing them to this journal, but I'll forward on any responses.
