Bunta knew perfectly well what Jackal was doing, of course, but he rarely turned down the opening. It was one of the reasons Jackal found his partner endlessly entertaining; his dramatics were always perfectly sincere and entirely deliberate, at the same time.

I was tempted to let him vent about spelling versus pronunciation, but I imagine he would have had that rant already. Irregulars, however, are good for long term frustration. *nodnod*

*tips head* I suppose so. I chose them purely for their conjugations, but I suppose there are some interesting possible entendres to get out of those two in this fic.
