Ed reflects on the similarities between Izumi and Roy. Drama, I-2, spoilers ep 27.

Black hair; dark eyes narrowed consideringly at the world; pale skin; long, thin lips; long, winged brows; round face and pointed chin and high cheekbones. And the name echoing through his mind hadn't been Roy Mustang, but Sensei.

*huggles back* Yes, you absolutely do! It's a great ep, and Izumi is the most utterly cool thing ever.

Yep, an excellent Ed POV on the contrast between his two main teachers - because Roy, in some ways, has been as much his teacher for the past four years as Izumi was, previously.

So...do I wait for code, or can I snag from here? ;D

Mmmm. *chews nail* Wait for the code; I think there are a few revisions I want to make, to tighten up the parallelism.

I do get the feeling that Roy's methods of teaching probably have a good deal in common with Izumi's, no matter how divergent their world-views are.

Certainly! I'm flattered to be asked. You can grab clean html versions from my website (http://www.alltrees.org/hybrid/writing/FMA/index.shtml). I use css for formatting, so there's only one line of code to remove/replace. Those are the (more or less) final versions.
