Mmmmmmmmmmm... god yes. That is PERFECT. guh. *meltymelty* When you said aggressively not sappy, I was thinking a little more... I dunno... what is the word? Sharp, or raw, or rough--but it IS all of that, so... I don't know, more dark maybe?

And I have just finished rereading this entire arc--yes, I had to go back to the beginning--and omigod, I love your Akaya so, so SO much. SO MUCH! And Yukimura. And and... their whole dynamic is just... like that and Akaya is so SNARKY and Akaya being buchou is just love, and heeeee, Yuuta on Fudomine, and squeeeeeeeeeeee! *dissolves into incoherence*

I seriously cannot express to you how incredibly cool it was that you put Yuuta on Fudomine.... *glees quietly* yes, I am a Yuuta fangirl too, so there. and I want him on my team! heee. SO COOL! Okay, so I am just a tiny bit obsessed with Fudomine, but really, can you blame me? ^_____^

*grinning* Wonderful to hear, my dear, thank you! I'm trying to hold a line between moving Akaya along too quickly, and not moving him quickly enough. He's such a... mobile character. Good to know it's working out.

And I have to say, Fudoumine is shaping up to be Rikkai's main competition this year. Seigaku is in the running, of course, but I don't think they'll make the top rung with only three top-notch players. Fudoumine and Rikkai have the strongest teams this year, and the tension between them is oodles of fun to play with.
