All right, perhaps that was a bit strong, but it had been a very long time since he'd felt this kind of tension. Even longer since he'd had butterflies in his stomach and shaking hands over a tennis match.

(Blah. Too lazy to log out of this account. Don't mind me.) I just... yeah, yeah, okay, fantastic writing, really excellent, sharp, insightful, weighty plot that does justice to these amazing characters and actually moves them forward while explaining them, blah, blah, blah. Who cares about that when there's smut? ^_~

Though, in all seriousness, this was really fantastic and I think has to be one of my favorites of yours already, if only just because the sex was the kind that... I was thinking about this for a bit and one of the things I really like in smutfic is when it's not just a visual that pops into my head, but I can also feel something. Like the warmth of the water or the rough texture of the washcloth across shoulders. Little things like that, when done right, are what can make a scene go from "solid" to "OMGHOT +__+".

Plus. Okay, sure. Fine. The intensity and layers to these characters that's just constantly there, rather than feeling like it's coming out of nowhere, that those things are always there, always lurking behind the unreadable expressions or closed eyes, I really adore that. <3<3<3

*sparkles* Thank you! I was a little worried I had left too much only implied, it's good to know everything came through. Fuji really seems to have reached critical mass for me, lately; he's been very vocal in Storyspace. It's a wonderful thing if this entertains other people as much as it does me. ^_^
