Shuusuke was terrified.

All right, perhaps that was a bit strong, but it had been a very long time since he'd felt this kind of tension. Even longer since he'd had butterflies in his stomach and shaking hands over a tennis match.

I love your Tezuka and Fuji; the way they interact and feel is so perfect, and your capture the subtle dynamics of their relationship. This line in particular was lovely:

The moment, when he saw the opening for the last shot, when the world crystallized into perfection and he couldn't possibly have stopped the stroke that smashed the ball home, felt like he was breathing sunlight, hot and beautiful and brilliant.
