Tezuka observes one of Ryouma's matches. Drama, I-2

He knew people had wondered, sometimes, about how hard he seemed to push Echizen, but he'd never seen it in that light. If it seemed that he placed insanely high bars in front of his best player, he did it with the sure knowledge that Echizen would go off in search of a cliff if left to his own devices.

*snugs* There will, actually, be more of most of that. I think it's how I'm going to wrap things up. We've got two more pretty gen stories to go before they really start getting to the romance, though; can you make it? ^_^

*eyes stories* Bits and peices. They're both being really close mouthed about just how their view of each other is progressing over time. It doesn't help that I started this arc with the last story and keep having to fish for what comes before.

*pokes muses* Ok, so I've gotten you to the pastry shop, now what about it?

Evil muse antics aside, Ryouma is a lucky lucky boy to be able to get Tezuka to smile. ^_______________^

*grins* Yes, he is, but, then, he does work for it. *pets Ryouma* Go for it, kiddo. Tezuka won't know what hit him. Of course, neither will you, for quite some time.
