Okay, so I finally watched the last few eps of Guardian, and I /didn't cry at all/ until the outro of the last episode, because oh my god, they're /such an adorable cast/. Doing documentary style clips for the outro was a brilliant decision.

It probably helps that I'm already a good 6K words into a fix-it arc, because I'm sorry but I just can't be having with that ending. No, no we are not doing that. Plus, if I do this as a fusion, I get a happy ending /and/ ten thousand years of angst to play with; who could resist? Angst through every historical era of China! Extra special guest angst for the Warring States!

Oh so much fix it. And yes! Once Shen Wei starts doing the 'gotta blend with the humans, kind of, more or less, what you moved the capital /again/?' you have to figure there's lots of clothing porn to be had. [thoughtful] Probably also hairstyle porn.
