Yukimura apologizes to the teams his own injured, and picks up a challenge on the way. Drama, I-3

Seiichi's eyes narrowed. He had come here to render an apology, but he'd be damned before he stood still to be a source of entertainment for Fuji Shuusuke.

You have no idea how happy I am. I'm practically humming with glee. This is just wonderful. Yukimura, oh Yukimura, silk over steel, and so much more. Manipulative, strong, and a damn wonderful human being. The way the captains know, and acknowledge each other. There's obviously pride and so much respect.

Tachibana's respect and surprise Yukimura's apology in context, is believable. The joy and pride he has for his own team shines through so damn well. Ann's over-protectiveness (hell, the whole team's over-protectiveness) of Tachibana is ADORABLE!

Yukimura and Fuji's interaction is perfect. A study in opposite (yet similarity) if there ever was one. Except well Fuji is cruel, Yukimura is ruthless. No, not exactly right, I'm not saying it right. Fuji is the type that will toy with an opponent, dragging it out before the kill, Yukimura will kill you. the end. Arghh, still nto getting it right *bangs head on table*

Ryouma is so Ryouma that I cry in tears of joy. The confident, the sheer thrill of playing for the sake of playing. I, it's beautiful. And Yukiumra's realisaiton of Renji lecturing him about playing full out *laughs* They know each other so well.

And the polite, yet determined challenge to Tezuka. See, Yukimura SHINE! Yes, see him kick arse.

I really cannot wait for the next part. I LOVE YOU! Truffles? Coffee? Some sort of exotic plant? *offers praise*

*beams* I'm having so much fun with Yukimura. He's a joy to write, and, of course, it gives me an excuse to keep going back to watch the bridge-scene and listen to that voice.

I know what you mean about Fuji and Yukimura. I'm actually trying to lay the difference out in another story right now. Fuji is in it for the fascination. Yukimura is in it for the exhilaration. That's only part of it, but it's a start.

Ah, you know the way to my heart! *loves on truffles and coffee* ^_-
