Server asked if I wanted another scotch 45 minutes after my first. What kind of livers are ther used to here? Getting beef tostadas instead and dropping a few ice cubes in my whiskey.

This is allowed! And often I am refusing the offer of the second scotch. XD It just sounds normal for the server to be offering. They WANT you to get tipsy, after all! Tipsy people buy more food and more things to make them tipsy. >.>
