Also, if you are annoyed by the fancy new alert and dialog boxes, and want the system-style boxes back:

Open a tab and type about:config. In the search box at the top, type "modal". This will give you the option "prompts.tab_modal.enabled". Click on it twice to change the value to "false".

Voila! You have, in my case, the pretty mac-style dialog boxes back.

I honestly haven't noticed any huge differences, except for the Sync that's now built in. I do like that. The things that annoyed me, fortunately, all seem to have either off buttons or plug-ins. Some people really like the new alert boxes, because they dim the screen to cue you that you really do need to do something with this box. But I think they're harder to see than the mac-style boxes, so off they go.
