I did notice a couple of minor grammar bloopers on my second readthrough:
as he fished out the bottle that usually lived an empty tennis ball can
Do you mean 'inside an empty tennis ball can'?
he thrust his fingers deep inside his partner's Deep, but still slow.
The two sentences got blurred together, here.

One last thing. Re: The whole 'summer seminar affair':
Did you make Shishido's phrasing, the time he mentioned this little tidbit of information purposely similar to the phrasing used by Atobe, earlier on? And, if so, does that mean what I think it means?
