In honor of issue 250 of the manga. After that match Tezuka and Oishi have wild sex in the locker room. Porn Without Plot, I-4, manga continuity obviously

"Ah! Tezuka..." Shuichirou leaned his head back against the wall, panting now. "You took me slow once already today. Hurry up."

Tezuka laughed low in his throat at this interpretation of their match. "If you like. Turn around, then."

You are so very right. These last few issues I'm wondering if he's trying to make up for Tarzan of the Tennis Court. I swear they all look even more tasty than usual.

I've missed out on this Tarzan thing, apparently, but then, I've not been following the raw manga--or hadn't, until the buchou came home. ^^;

Sometimes I wonder what Konomi was thinking, and why this story couldn't have been told at the high school level...

If I recall correctly, he started out planning it for high school, witness most of the character designs, and then changed his mind because Ryouma had to be younger. No idea why Ryouma had to be younger, but author's priviledge...

Oh, Emily, I've already said I love you!?? Because I really do. I was missing a fic (not to say a really good) with Tezuka and Oishi for soooo long.
I've already told you I totally love this pair and it's a pleasure each time I see you writing with a pair I love (and you did it with them twice! You're perfect!!).
I'd liked to had read Genius 250....I miss Tezuka so much...

Ooooh, preeetty. It's amazing how you manage to bring across their characters so well with so little dialogue. *coughs* The smut was hot too. I didn't entirely understand all of what was being said in Genius 250, but it seems like this story could have fit right in. If this was a different type of manga. Or if Konomi-sensei would just come out and admit that PoT is that type of manga. ^_~

*takes a bow* Thank you! I do find that Tezuka is easier to write the less I try to make him talk--strange, but there it is.

I didn't quite get all of 250, either. ^_^; But this seemed close, based on what people who can actually read Japanese said about it, and after how hot they both looked in this issue I just couldn't help myself.

Or if Konomi-sensei would just come out and admit that PoT is that type of manga. ^_~

I have this soft spot for Oishi fics not involving Kikumaru (not that I don't like Eiji it's just that Oishi by himself is so damn fascinating).

*snugs* Me, too, actually. Manga!Oishi, especially, is a fascinating character. He deserves more than to be the stereotype of Seigaku's Mommy.

...and he and Tezuka are hot in bed. Or up against the wall, as the case may be.

Hmm, it's difficult for me to go from zero to Tezuka/Oishi smut unless I'm in a certain mood, but one thing that caught my attention:

"Tezuka. Fuck me hard. Fuck me as hard as you play me."

I found myself paying more attention from this line forward. Not that I'd been skimming before or anything, but there's always got to be this moment where the smut is doing something other than the physical, some concept or hook or idea that will keep me interested, and this was definitely it for me here. I've always thought that would have to be the really preoccupying desire for anyone truly interested in becoming Tezuka's lover: having him let go with you the same way that he lets go with tennis. Because that single-minded, intense pressure is what makes him Tezuka, and it's the thing that's sexy about him, and it's why he's truest when he's playing. So anyone who wanted him would have to want that, and it's not necessarily a given that they would get it without asking.

But if you got it, the energy he put into tennis put into you, it would blow your mind.

Ryouma in particular, I think, would need/want this if he were a Tezuka lover--I thought about that during the Yaru arc, because that Ryouma was so well-done that he could continue to live in my head and I could converse with him afterwards. So we talked about that a little, he and I. ^_^

Have I mentioned, lately, that I love you? Because I do. You're such a gratifyingly thoughtful reader. That's it exactly, what I was going for with this whole story. The issue in question centered so clearly around Oishi pushing Tezuka as hard as he could, on the court, hard enough to almost, almost break his composure. And at the end of the match Oishi's engagement with and dedication to everything Tezuka is was so blindingly evident. I almost couldn't imagine any other way to express that, besides tennis and sex--one as hard as the other.

It's what made Atobe my first choice (well, besides Ryouma) for Tezuka's lover, and why I couldn't make my TezuFuji work until Fuji was serious enough to accept and desire that intensity.

Oh definitely. Manga!Oishi is crafty and very underhanded, and so very much more than what the Stereotype make him to be. Sure he mothers quite a bit but let's not forget that Oishi is also the type who will manipulate and lie to get the team to perform at their best. If nothing else the newest issue proves his manipulative skills. It is more a case of manipulation for the greater (or individual) good than manipulation for selfish reasons.

I LOVE Oishi *huggles*

And yes, up against the wall.... I have this thing about sex against the wall or a desk.... *bliss*
