Lust comes looking for Greed before things heat up. They get to know each other a little.
He was tall and built more powerfully than most of them. And he held himself differently. He draped himself against the air, with none of the tension she was used to seeing in her own kind. Insouciance wrapped around him, from the pointed toes of his boots to the furred collar of his vest. He could really have been human.
The thought lasted until he turned, and she caught his eyes.

I can just see Lust entering the afterlife to find Greed lounging around, and he would give her that look up and down and say, "Well, I guess that'll work, too."

Yes. I've been reading fic, and manga, and more fic, and more manga, and I think I've more or less worked the nastiness out. Which is good. [shudders] I don't want to have to think about that again.

And then Hughes wanders by and gets sucked into the Sinfulness, and all is well. [perves]

I've always had a secret kryptonite weakness for this pairing, and you make it just right. Theirloveissoinsatiable.
Also, always excellent to find really well-written, strong het.

I don't write het all that often, because I find it much more demanding to do than slash, but these two just needed something hot. And they cooperated wonderfully. ^_-

I'm in a pretty similar state with het (and femmeslash, too) -- it takes more work, for some reason, but sometimes I just can't resist. And...yum. I wrote a little 15-minute ficlet with them once, right when I started on FMA, but haven't gone back to do more with them. And now I think I don't even have to ^_^
(Though now that I've said that, Greed is certain to go, "Oh really?" and demand it of me....)

"Hageshii" is actually Lust's description of Greed; it's what sparked an actual story, as opposed to just drooling. ^_^

Of all the FMA characters, I do believe I love Greed the most. I swear, it's the fur collar! I have zero resistance to flamboyants wearing coats with fur collars. The Voice Of Atobe didn't exactly detract any points, either. ;)
