Hughes is called on to intervene in a fight between Roy and Ed. Drama, I-4.

"This," Maas wiggled the carafe in his left hand, "is Gracia's special blend, which she presciently gave me a stash of in case I ever really needed to get Roy's attention at work. My wife is brilliant. Now," he repeated, "what got them going?"

Awww! I love the whole thing, but I absolutely adore the ending. If Hughes and Gracia weren't so great together, I'd seriously consider kidnapping Hughes for my own. And the part with Ed and Roy just yelling their heads off at each other, and their reactions afterward - I don't know how to describe it any better, but that just felt so very realistic, to me. I could easily see it hapenning.

Thank you! And I have to say, while Roy is way cool, Hughes may well be my favorite.
