Byakuya causes there to be romance, like it or not. Fiat Romance, I-3

Rukia sank back, arrested by the phrase 'marry out of the house'. She remembered the conversation she and her brother had had in the garden one evening, about regrets and stubbornness, and spouses and honor. Her heart couldn't decide whether to stop beating or to race.

WAAAAAAAIEEEEEEEEEEE I can't believe how much I LOVED this story, all the chapters of it. You have me desperately in love with Byakuya, and practically waving pompoms for Rukia and Renji.

Thank you SO MUCH for a fabulous read, you've really made my night.

Aww! Got here from [livejournal.com profile] kurosaki_clinic, and I'm really glad I did. I really enjoyed reading these stories. I especially like the politicking: Kyouraku's pipe-dream of Ichigo as Captain-General and Rukia as his political counterpart is the best thing ever. Looking forward to more!

Oh no. How am I going to write fanfiction of my own knowing there's someone who's so much better than me?? You wrote the different characters and their feelings so well and it seemed believable to me. Looking forward for more =)

OK... I've read all 10 of them almost in one go and...you've just killed me. It's true that I haven't actually read that many Bleach fics since getting sucked in the fandom a few months ago, but this completely blew me away. Your Byakuya is amazing; letting so much stuff out and yet not being OOC once. And Rukia desperately trying to stick to her role, right until the end... And Renji, who can never truly believe what's happening to him... **melts** I'll be eagerly waiting for more!

Wonderful. Your characterization is fabulous, especially Byakuya. It seems very hard to do him justice and the way you depict him is just the way I imagine him. (Shunsui and Ukitake are great, too. I love them and the politics.)

And I love the way you're handling this; resolving the emotional issues this trio has and building up the romance in a very believable way. It's great to see a healing Rukia who's back to her old kick-ass self and ready for something more.

So much to love in this arc.

I just found this fic of yours and I love it. Your take on the characters are very believeable. And I like the progress of the story.

(and I'm surprised Renji didn't fall over unconscious at Byakuya's marriage arrangement.)

*smishes you* That was so adorable I feel the sweetness seeping out my pores.

... That sounded less creepy in my head.
