Arariel is actually an original character. *grins* I needed someone whose issues of abandonment haven't been resolved, and Michael didn't quite fit, so I came up with Arariel instead.

You know, it still amazes me just how much Arariel is a product of serendipity. I came up with her more or less as a throw-away character, and picked her name out of a hat. And then I realized just how well she fit into the idea of the Dominions that I was developing. And then how well her powers fit with Uriel's. And it just kept snowballing. I love it when that happens. ^_^
