Unexpected feels

I was not expecting this, let's just be clear about that. But, well, I started writing the Sizhui/Jingyi story, and that led quite naturally into the Sizhui/Jingyi/Jin Ling story, and out of the clear blue sky I am hit with a load of Feels about Jin Ling, mostly along the lines of PRECIOUS BABY, OMG, LET SIZHUI KISS IT BETTER.

*coughs*

So. Yes.

He's just so /artless/, is all. It's adorable, especially opposite someone who is more than prepared to, very gently, press the matter.

Yes!! I also have a ton of feels about poor Jin Ling - which surprised me too, after the not great first impression he makes. He really sneaks up on people! ;-) But he just... throws himself into things with all of his heart and soul, and he's so *sweet* underneath the thin veneer of protective bluster, and yes, so adorably artless, too. And just, yes.

He really does need someone gentle to kiss it better. :-) I'm looking forward to reading about it in your story!!

Yeah, Jin Ling is so much more open about what he feels than, really, almost anyone else, and so hungry for anyone being even a /little/ bit nice to him. Ugh, Feels.

Oh, I'm looking forward to that! I definitely ship those three together! Sizhui and Jingyi can communicate just with glances, but when Sizhui does something, Jin Ling is the first to follow after him. *g*
