Michigan: *sweeps in, all in white* I FEEL LIKE SOME SNOW!

Me: Oh dear.

Michigan: Everyone loves some SNOW! *drops several inches*

Me: Well, actually...

Michigan: How about another few inches of SNOW! *dumps on six of them*

Me: ...how about if I just work from home, today?

Michigan: YAY!

Me: *sighs*

Out in CA, it's been the driest month since Lincoln was President... but we're at least getting flowers now.

We got some snow yesterday, too! Today it's bright and sunny, and everything is blindingly white. Looks really beautiful!

It was quite pretty, here, and then everyone had to walk and drive around in it, so now there's a whole lot of gray and brown ice splashed about. Winter, eh?
