Scimitar & FMA taught me to stay far away from even the sidelines of fandom and fandom-related things, but having already been an Evil Overlord in one fandom makes me less caring about gaining the title elsewhere, too. Which is to say: I'd join just for the time it takes to be the bad guy, get the db tables into consistent sense, and then go on my way. Sometimes, being the bad guy is just that much pleasure.
