In a world where it is apparently okay to turn one's body into a mummified puppet and rip out one's intestines and replace them with cable, I don't feel an IUD is out of reach. But that is only my opinion.
I keep wanting to write something about technology in the Naruto-verse, but I would have to dig through my old issues of Shounen Jump which are, sadly, in a storage building where I can't get to them right now. :(
