Chenin Blanc is a white wine with high acidity, which means it goes well with a lot of different kinds of food. I don't normally drink it, because it doesn't have a lot of tannin, and that's the part of wines that I like best, so I was very proud of myself for guessing!

Un-oaked Chardonnay is a little rare _in the US_. It's pretty hard, here, to find one that isn't oak-barrel aged, unless you're at an actual wine bar, but I have an aunt who hates oak-aged, so I recognized that one pretty quickly.
