I know! There's so much potential, even now, if a few of the people in charge would just get off their personal power trips and admit they're /really bad/ at running this project. But no, and reading between the lines it looks like the navigation redesign is being carried by one person, because there are no other coders willing to vanish behind the OTW curtain.
