*thinks* I believe I envisioned Love being part of a roaming squad, designated as a sort of elite pinch-hitter group who are, perhaps, more loosely and less hierarchically organized than the divisions proper. Because Yamamoto may be a stickler but he's also pretty cunning, and I think he'd see the use of something like that, now he has access to captain-class talent at loose ends.
